We take great care in packing your order for delivery, and we trust our couriers and delivery providers to take the same level of care. However, once your order leaves our factory, liability for damage then lies with the delivery company – meaning we are not responsible for damage that may occur during transit, but are more than happy to aid in any proceedings that result from a damaged delivery.You must check your item for damage before signing for the delivery, and advise the delivery person if you find damage immediately.

As with all deliveries, timing is of the essence so we require you contact us immediately after unpacking your delivery, if you find it damaged. We will take whatever action we can in order to help, however cannot guarantee results. If you receive a damaged item sent to you by DMS Surfboards and have accepted the delivery, please contact us via our contact page and we will do what we can to assist. 

Delivery times vary depending on what you’ve ordered - Custom orders can take between 3 and 6 weeks to be completed and dispatched however, stock boards and other items in stock will be packed and dispatched to you within 24-48 business hours. Please note, deliveries must be signed for, (they cannot be left by the courier). If you won’t be home please provide an alternate delivery address such as a work address or friend/relative, if this is not possible, a calling card will be left by the courier in your letterbox, and you will be prompted to contact the freight company for re-delivery. Sometimes, (not in all cases) this will incur a fee.

Please note while we can ship goods to an address outside of Australia, the cost of freight is very high. If you live outside Australia and would like to enquire about a DMS Surfboard for freight, please contact us. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a back order or a full refund.
